From 21-25 September I auctioned this painting alongside other artists from the 'Art for Charity Collective' in aid of the Khadija Saye IntoArts Programme. The auction took place on the @ArtforCharityCollective instagram page with bidding starting at 9am, Monday 21 September and the last bid taken at 6.30pm on Friday 25 September. As a collective we raised nearly £20,000!!
Born out of a desire to give back amongst the artist community and through the inspiration of Matthew Burrows' Artist Support Pledge, artists both emerging and established, led by Lucy Kent, donate work for auctions throughout the year. The collective will be supporting a different charity at each auction with the next coming soon at the end of November 2020.
