If you are interested in buying a painting. Email me with the name of the piece you like and I will forward the details. Payments are ideally taken via bank transfer, however Paypal is also available.
BUYING IN INSTALMENTS
If this is a helpful option. You can usually buy a painting with a 50% deposit. The balance is payable in 2 monthly payments of 25% each. By purchasing in this way you understand that this is an arrangement on trust. Usual shipping costs and return policy will apply.
Within the UK pieces are sent by Parcelforce (Royal Mail) or a courier depending on size and weight. All shipments are tracked and require a signature. Parcelforce deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping.
If you don’t live too far and you’d rather collect in person. My studio is near Bath.
I can ship to most countries, although timing and cost depends on your location.*
*Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense.
If a piece is not as you expect and you’d like to return it, you can request a refund within 14 days. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment minus the shipping cost.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with photographs of both the packaging and the damage.
I regularly work to commission and particularly enjoy the collaborative aspect of working with others to create the right piece for their space. You can read some personal accounts of the process here.
Simply email or call me. We can discuss your space and any ideas you might have. I will visualise different size and price options for you to choose from using design software to create scale drawings of your space. A few weeks later you will have your very own unique piece of art on your wall.
Payment is the same as with my other artwork. Commissions are not more expensive. The only difference is I need 20% in advance to help me with materials and framing.
